Can anyone recommend some good magnesium supplements please?

firstly for my son who is 7 and seems a little anxious but also gets 'fidgety' sore muscles at night - his words. It has been recommended that he starts to take magnesium to see if it helps a little.

Also, for myself who has struggled with sleep for years!

Happy to buy 2 seperate ones for us both

Thankyou!

An easy way would be magnesium footbaths or actual baths in the evenings. These really help. Better You sell magnesium flakes that don't have any unnecessary extras added.

Who has recommended that for your son? I would check with GP.
For you, I have Nutrition Geeks 3in 1 magnesium and it helps me relax and sleep when I need it.

Mighty Kids Supplements. Expensive but well worth it.

Was recommended by cranial osteopath, although I have booked a GP appointment for him for next week

I also use Nutrition Geeks 3-in-1 magnesium. I still have sleep problems, but my nightly leg cramps seem to have abated. I also take quinine in tonic water for the cramps.
