Consistently low lymphocytes

I really don't want to Google this as I'm sure it will tell me I have cancer or something. I don't have a gp appointment for a another couple of weeks. I'm trying to deal with iron and B12 deficiency at the moment, just with otc supplements as gp (thus far) won't treat B12 deficiency and I can't tolerate prescription iron supplements.

Something I've noticed over the past couple of years of blood tests is that my lymphocytes are always low or on the low end of normal. Currently they are at 1.03.

Can iron and B12 deficiency cause this or is it something I need further investigations in to?
