Anyone had Long Covid and now back at work? Any tips?

Just that really. Am due back at work after months of LC. I'm still not 100%

Good luck - I have started to improve a bit with good pacing and vitamins. I’m glad I stayed working but it was tough.

one key thing - you need to minimise picking up other infections. Wash your hands after any public transport and try and keep away from sick people in the office. Getting other illnesses is the fastest way to getting worse sadly. Get some first defence spray from boots and keep it on you!
