Cheek tingling perimenopause

Anyone had cheek tingling/stinging with peri. I am 47 so thinking it could be perimenopause.

Could be worth looking at B12 deficiency in the first instance if you haven’t yet? I’m not a doctor and it might not be that, but worth considering along with peri.

There is a sensation called formication which happens in perimenopause which is the sensation of tingling or of an insect walking across your skin. This is caused I think by declining oestrogen levels. Perhaps something like that @MissCeltic?

Only on one side or both sides? How long have you had it? Any other symptoms?
