My son had a typical stomach but last week. Vomiting on and off for a day. Fever for another day. Much better this morning. I however had stomach cramps all yesterday, and have been extremely nauseous, but no vomiting, can't even make myself sick, no diarrhea, and extreme dizziness like the room is spinning out. Stomach cramps are now gone but the nausea is bad and I'm just so dizzy every time I stand up. It's obviously a weird viral reaction but wondering if anyone has had similar?
