Hi has anyone tried riboflavin for migraine prevention or headaches? Did it help? I've just started 200mg and will go upto 400mg after about a week, all being well.
I had a really nasty run of recurring migraines in December that was possibly being prolonged by triptan overuse, no migraines in January and then one last week that I took naratriptan for and turned into a headache that's still hanging around and I think maybe turning into another migraine. I also restarted HRT in January after a few months off it as I had fewer migraines when on it (mine are definitely hormonal and I think it was Utrogestan keeping them at bay). The pain and the unpredictability of it all is really messing up my life.
