Son woke up this morning with these lumps on one of his arms and a few on his neck/top of back. A little itchy. No bedbugs and our dogs have preventative flea treatment. No one else has them. Doesn't look like Molloscum either, not blistered or with a dimple.
Google lens couldn't decide what they were either!
Any ideas? Thanks
