For the last 4 weeks, I have had a daily headache which I'm starting to get really worried about. I'm not usually a headachy person, and these are unlike my usual headaches that are brought on with dehydration etc. It began on the right side of my forehead, mainly behind my eye, and sometimes felt like a band stretching all the way over the back of my head. They are very intermittent. Sometimes lasting only a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes, but happenening regularly throughout the day.
I have been having neck pain, and thought perhaps it was due to tight muscles. So I got a massage which really helped my neck pain, and my headaches disappeared for around 2 days. But they have since returned. They are not constant, and very mild, but enough to cause distress when I already suffer from bad health anxiety. I have tried paracetemol, but because they are short episodes of headache, they do not make a difference.

For the last couple of months, I have had a few short random episodes of feeling very light headed, even when sitting. I feel like these are now becoming more frequent.

I got my eyes tested around October as I suffer with dry eyes. The optician said my eye pressures were slightly raised, and wanted me back to check again. But when I went back, she said my dry eyes had improved, but didn't check my pressures or even mention them.

I saw my GP last week, who told me they sound possibly like migraines or just daily persistent headaches. He gave me sumitriptan to try, but I do not believe these are migraines.

I am becoming very anxious thinking I have a brain tumour. Has anyone else experiences similar, that can talk me down from feeling so stressed? Just to add, im 34, so not menopausal.
