Ok so in October I broke out in pityriasis rosea (rash on chest, neck and face that starts with a mark like ring worm but it’s not) and there’s no cure its viral and it just goes which took 2 months (end of December), then Jan I’ve had the flu that seems to be going round which knocked me off my feet for 2 weeks and now my face is covered in what looks and feels like prickly heat- it’s really sore. What do people recommend I do? I’m going to see the nurse on Friday as that’s the only available appointment but has anybody experienced anything similar with different recurrent rashes? What could it possibly be? Should I be pushing for other tests to check for anything underlying?
