Feet really cold after vomiting & diarrhoea

On Thursday night, I had a bout of diarrhoea before going to bed. A few hours later, I woke up and projectile vomited while simultaneously having another bout of diarrhoea. Then the vomiting plus diarrhoea happened again a couple of hours later. On Friday, I just had bouts of diarrhoea and no vomiting. I didn't eat anything until about 24 hours after the first bout and that was a ginger biscuit. I've been sipping on water throughout the whole thing. But even with the heating on full blast, I am still feeling really cold especially my feet which are freezing. My stomach hurts all over and I barely have any energy and feel dizzy.

I find that when I'm ill and can't get warm it's usually the opposite oddly enough, I have a temperature.
Keep on with the tepid water, or diarolyte, (sp.)if someone will get it for you, paracetamol and try some toast.
It took me 2 weeks to recover as I was so weak afterwards. Hope you feel better soon.

You probably have a temperature, it's the chills. A temperature is common with gastroenteritis. You should be drinking something other than water as you need the electrolytes and salts/sugar to prevent dehydration and stop your blood sugar levels from dropping since you're not eating much (this was advice from nurses when my son got dehydrated), so either watered down apple juice, lucozade sport the non-fizzy one, rehydration sachets.
