Full blood count results

would anybody be able to look at these results for me please.
Ive got normal no further action after the said they were checking for anemia and why im so tired all of the time

Every single result is within the normal range so whatever is up with you, the answer isn’t here. Have you had a 9am cortisol tested?

No I haven’t , I have a bowel prolapse that keeps bleeding and has now got lumps on it so they said to do a full blood count
my stool test came back normal too so a bit baffled

You really need your ferritin and iron tested. Did you have those too?

B12 too

You can see though they are all in range. You are not anaemic.

For tiredness
Do you sleep ok? Enough sleep?
Eat ok? Enough nutritious foods?
Are you stressed or anxious?
Do you exercise?
Too regularly drink alcohol?

Have you had other bloods checked like thyroid, blood sugar, ferritin, B12 and liver function?

That came back normal too so no clue

It’s very frustrating when you know something is wrong but can’t find the cause. I agree with PPs suggestions including thyroid function, vit D and B12, as well as a 9am cortisol as those could all pick up common causes for feeling very tired.

Thank you all , the dr said it would be testing my thyroid she took 3 vials so maybe they haven’t uploaded them results yet I don’t know.

I thought maybe I’m tired because my prolapse is quite up and down with my ibs

I think they may have done the others and just waiting for the result back if I’ve read this right
