DD has hard lump behind nipple

DP noticed last night that DD has a hard lump behind her nipple. It is right behind and takes up the whole of the area, its aboutthe size of a wheeto.

She is 6 months old - DP thinks he has noticed it before but i haven't.

Is it notmal or something to worry about? SHould i get it checked out?

Thanks for the link. Have also found on a website that most newborns has lumps behind their nipples which dissapear after a few months.
Going to see HV on Thursday so will run it past her then.
