I loved symprove but it gave me terrible acid reflux. So that might help?

It definitely helped my bowels and gut, just not my oesophagus!

Probio 7
Dairy free different types. MIL swore by these. Still with us but wouldn’t remember to take them now!

Better to start with fresh kimchi, sauerkraut or kombucha, which you can get in any good supermarket.

Billybagpuss · 27/01/2026 13:21

Make your own sauerkraut it’s much much cheaper and tastes better.

Symprove is great and helped my stomach a lot (mild gastritis). It’s usually really expensive but it is half off if you sign up this month for 3 months. There have been a few facebook adverts with the codes, JANUARY50, was one of them, but I am sure there was another that gave a bunch of free travel sized things too! I didn’t manage to get “cured” after 12 weeks though, as symptoms came back when I stopped, but found I could take it every second day for a few months and then every few days and eventually stop taking it.

You can also try coconut kefir and yoghurt.

Sadly I am also coconut intolerant!

I'm not going to try new foods I struggle with new foods due to multiple random intolerances - and am currently researching into arfid

i'll research the supplements and see what looks best
