Baby with severe wind or colic

Hi everyone i dont know if this is the right place to put this but a friend of mine has had her baby three weeks ago and he’s been experiencing what we assume severe stomach issues . Being sick after feeds , crying knees right up to chest and around his mouth turns blue from crying so much . They have been to the hospital numerous times and they have just prescribed gaviscon. Im woundering if anyone has any ideas what would help Im also into old wives tales too . Thankyou very much

It’s very likely a milk allergy so see GP for that. But I absolutely recommend seeing an Osteopath also who specialises in babies, absolutely life changing for our baby. She was a big baby and born with a traumatic birth, we couldn’t tell from looking ourselves but the Osteo said she had a slight twist in her neck and her digestive tract was cramped up. In two sessions they completely relieved her of all pain.
