I keep having these episodes. Sometimes it goes for a few weeks then it’s back again. Mainly when I lay down in bed in the evening. Anyone experienced similar? Doctor is no help! B12 levels are normal aswell as others done recently

It might be low ferratin. I have had that previously. Easy for a GP to check.

Ferritin levels are normal! I had an infusion dec 2023 and it’s stayed good ever since. So I’m baffled
