Do i need a tetanus jab?

Cleaning my kitchen and stupidly cut my finger on a piece of metal, bleeding heavily fir 15 minutes but cleaned with soap & water and then antiseptic.
wrapped two plasters around, and think its stopping. Dont want take the plasters off as im a bit worried!
Cant get up to a&e but do i need tetanus jab? Can the gp give me one if i ring?

I would get one. I cut myself in the garden recently. Called the GP and had a nurses appointment, job done by teatime.
