i burnt my fingers yesterday when cooking, just a couple of small burns....

but now have a couple of fluid fille blisters, and they are rubbing on the other fingers and sore.

do i pop them? leave them alone? cover with a normal plaster?

DON'T pop them! The blister is protecting your skin. Cover with normal plaster if you're doing stuff, then leave off overnight to get some air to it/

And next time stick your hand under the tap for 10 mins at least (tut tut)

this is what happens when you work i na kitchen for years and dont pay attention lol. it didnt hurt that bad yesterday or today. just they are rubbing.

usually when i get burnt it immediant takes the top layer on skin off.

Don't pop them, whatever you do.

Run under the tap for 10 minutes - no more, no less. You can repeat a bit later.

ouch. I burn myself all the time, but that's because I am dozy. Grasping metal pan handle when it's been in the oven is a favourite
