Sorry TMI, patch of little spots in vaginal folds

Right underneath, if you will. Very sore, skin red around them, white heads on them. About 4 or 5 from what I, a non-contortionist, can see.

Very unlikely to be anything sinister (I had an sti check after my last encounter and I'm a gay female) BUT I may have a date on Saturday is there anything I can do? I have steroid cream, nappy rash cream..

I was sitting for a long time wearing some tight jeans a couple of days ago which I dont normally do and felt a bit sore then, which may have been the cause. Then I used hair removal cream tonight and had a good look.

Has anyone else had this? Did anything help.?

There is a condition called Lichen Sclerosus which can cause redness and white patches on the vulva, not really typical spots. Feeling sore after wearing tight jeans sounds like a symptom of this. It can be treated with strong steroid cream. If left untreated (I mean untreated for years) it can lead to cancer so I'd see a GP and ask if it could be this (lots of GPs are a bit ignorant of LS so don't wait for them to mention it, ask). I hope it isn't this and it just goes away and you enjoy your date!

Sudocrem?

I get sore sometimes having been sat all day in tight jeans. I really should bin them!
Anyway, Sudocrem does the job in a few hours.

I wouldn’t be guessing at what cream to put on. I’d suggest a trip to the GP who can advise correct course of action. Don’t think I’d be wanting to have sex until I knew if it could make it worse or be passed on. Thrush, for eg, isn’t an sti but you can give it to someone.

Thank you all. Just such an inconvenient time and also I just cannot stand anything being wrong 'down there'! . I do think that my body isnt used to being ensconced in tight jeans. I will get to the GP as soon as possible but we all know how that isn't easy
