Anyone know what this means?

I saw my GP yesterday about pain in my knee. He thinks it's osteoarthritis and is sending me for X-rays.

He asked what pain medication I've been using and I told him I've been taking paracetamol and using voltarol gel on it.

Today, I Iooked at the notes he'd written up and under the section headed medication, he'd put voltarol and Serem Tutor.

Google doesn't seem to know what this is and I've never heard of it either.

Anyone come across this before?

I'd assume fat fingers/dodgy autocorrect of quickly typing paracetamol, given that's what you said.

It's not handwritten. I also don't think it's a typo because it appears twice in his notes in different parts.
