I have been offered the chance to have one of these to better inform the risks/benefits of having brain surgery to resolve seizures and other issues. (Long story)
I’m well used to EEG recordings and video telemetry etc but the thought of wires actually going into my brain (and then maybe being heated!) makes me feel a bit shivery! I’m fine with the thought of little holes drilled in my skull, weirdly. If I am suitable for the end game of surgery I would definitely have it though, so at the moment I am “up for” (brain issue affects my vocabulary 
) the SEEG but just wondered if anyone else has any experiences?
