How long?

I am going to docs today to have my coil removed and I am going back on the pill. How long does it take for the pill to work as if I had a bit tonight I could get PG almost straight away couldn't I as there is no coil there.

If you're having a period and you are in the 1st 5 days of it then the pill is immeadiately effective otherwise extra precautions for 14 days.

Thanks Lay. I don't think D.P would be too happy about the condom thing, but I could always tell him "ok fine no sex for 2 weeks!"
