Swollen Neck

You know when your getting a cold and you get swollen glands in your neck. I've got that but only on one side and its swollen up really big and really hurts. Only worried because its only on one side. Any advice?

You are probably fighting an infection on the affected side-in your ear, perhaps, or on that side of your throat?
I wouldn't worry unless it persists. for a while.
