I have a respiratory condition and just cannot clear my throat. There's phlegm in my throat and it just won't come. I don't know how I'm going to sleep and it's making me panic. My oxygen is fine but this is doing my head in. I've tried cough meds and whacking my back with a book. I've had flu recently and the cough is hanging on.
