Does this sound like long covid?

For over a year I've had a range of symptoms which I can't seem to get to the bottom of:

Air hunger/SOB
Fatigue during the day
Heat intolerance
Palpitations/fast heart rate

I've had ECGs, 2 echos, cardiac MRI, chest xray- all normal.

All bloods normal, including Hb, ferritin etc. B12 340, cortisol. Thyroid normal too.

Going through peri (43). Not on any meds. Slim, exercise 3 times a week.

Dr now looking into PoTs because somedays my bp is low (105/65) which seems to conincide with SOB. He also mentioned long covid but I can't remember having covid last year.

What's odd is I will have days/a week where I have no symptoms at all, and then they will start again. It's very on and off.

Can anyone relate?

You can get long Covid even with a mild infection or even an asymptomatic infection. And those do sound like classic symptoms.

You do sound like you have good doctor with him being clued up on LC and investigating you for POTS.

I’ve had the same following a mild Covid infection a year ago. Fatigue, exercise intolerance, much higher heart rate than normal…all tests come back fine. I did have awful chest pain for months too.

Oh and I have periods of being fine and periods where all symptoms flare up again or get worse.

@Wynonna0971 Have you had a peak flow test? I'm wondering whether you have developed asthma. My adult dc had covid and then was diagnosed with asthma about a year later.

@Wynonna0971 Asthma was investigated but that's been ruled out

Anyone else experience any of this with PoTs? Not sure what else it could be. Someone said it could be my b12 but it's not low according to the NHS
