Does anyone know what might be causing this kind of bruising in the corner of my eye? It appeared about 2 months ago. I haven’t bumped that area.

Go to an optician. I did with something vaguely similar, and it turns out I have an autoimmune disease.

I actually gave myself a black eye there once from rubbing my eye so hard because of itchy hay fever eyes.
That skin is so so thin-and I expect I am a bit older than you...

Thanks, I would have thought that a GP would know this more than an optician. I have seen a GP, but she was dismissive. That’s interesting that your vaguely similar marks were linked to an autoimmune condition. A couple of my immunoglobulin levels are low. I can’t stop getting infections.

Thanks, I do rub my eyes, so it’s a possible explanation that it’s from rubbing my eyes.

Following as I suddenly have this too. Funny enough I've also recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I wonder if they are linked

Do you mind saying which autoimmune disorder you have?
