Hi there. Had MRI yesterday on back. Got images but no report yet. Does anyone know what this shows?

One image isn't enough to diagnose on the internet. Wait for the report. It shows a disc bulge but there isn't enough info from one slice to say anything else and now all you'll do is Google it and scare yourself so don't.

I'm not an Dr but looks similar to my husbands mri. Looks like a herniated disc. See how the middle disc is pressing out onto the white area. If it's touching a nerve it could be very painful in your leg (sciatica).
The disc below also looks like there is some disc degeneration so you might expect some lower back pain. This is a very common finding in adults.
