Hysteroscopy for prolonged bleeding — what were the findings?

Hi all,

Has anyone had a hysteroscopy due to prolonged or ongoing bleeding, especially after a miscarriage?

I had a missed miscarriage 6 months ago and have been bleeding on and off ever since. Ultrasounds haven’t shown anything obvious, just a thicker endometrium (13mm), but I’m booked for a hysteroscopy next month.

I’d really appreciate hearing what was found in your case (if anything) and whether it gave you any answers.

Thank you 💛

I’m a lot older than you and on HRT with a Mirena coil. I had bleeding, scan was clear. Hysteroscopy found a small polyp which was removed tnere and then. No further bleeding. Good luck
