New Mole

I will of course go to the GP, but it's Friday night so thought I'd post here. I have just noticed a new mole on my back. Anyone think it looks dodgy? Both my dad and husband have had melanoma, so always worry about moles.

It looks like a seborrheic keratosis to me (I have numerous) but you should get it checked by your GP to be sure

Yep, it does look like a sebhorric keratosis to me (as someone with a couple.) The way it's sitting on the skin, the texture on the top and that orange fleshy colour is the same as a few of mine, and they are prone to catching on things and scabbing fairly easily which could explain the little black bits. Do go get it checked though, if you can't get a GP appointment some boots do mole checks where they send of images to a dermatologist who will advise on what they think it is/ if you need further checks

Could be a wart with those black dots. I think it is a wart.
