Blocked and burning ears

I suffered from acoustic trauma and a bad cough three months ago. I have had a hearing test which was clear. I have burning cheeks, blocked ears and tinnitus now. Praying this will settle down. Has anyone had experience of this

How are you doing now?
I have tinnitus from an infection and subsequent hearing loss. My ear had the blocked feeling for a month or so, but this did resolve, even though the tinnitus didn't.
