Has anyone used this and how did it work for you please?
Suffering bad with constipation currently. Doctor has prescribed this but have been putting off taking it as I need to go to work still and scared I’m going to have ‘uncontrollable’ movements.
What’s everyone’s experiences been please?

Have 3-4 a day for the next 3-4 days. It will soften your poo and make it easier to get out! You won't be shitting uncontrollably! Don't worry. It just softens the stools. Take it ASAP. Bad constipation is horrible.

Good luck. Happy pooping! 💩

It's not dramatic!

It usually takes 2-3 days to work. And you won't be tied to the loo having uncontrollable bowel movements, just actually going like you do normally.

If you overdo it, which is easily done while thinking it isn't working, your stool can end up very very soft. But you can still take yourself to the loo and no-one will know.

I have bowel issues and take it daily (directions from doctors), you should try taking it for a few days but maybe today, tomorrow and Saturday if you have Sunday off.

Not sure what your thoughts if you have to go at work, if you can't actually go there then best to try and target the weekend

If you’re worried, then try just half a sachet to start with. Once you see where things are going, or not, you can increase the amount accordingly. It’s good stuff, I use it.
