Lump on rib

I've got a lump on my fifth rib. It was noticed when I had an X-ray on my shoulder recently. No pain. The GP said it has grown slightly since my last X-ray 7 years ago. It wasn't mentioned then (breast cancer treatment).

I can't feel it myself as it's underneath my breast.

Has anyone had anything similar?

I've got nervous as my referral to Addenbrookes has been cancelled by them as they don't have the specialism (!) and sent on to Birmingham.

Have you ever hurt yourself falling even decades ago as a child? Could be a neurofibroma as they can occur following trauma.
What does the radiology report say? They wouldn’t call it a lump and was there any recommendation? .
