What is this lump on my finger? A ganglion?

I have this mildly painful lump on my finger just above my wedding rings. I’ve taken my rings off to try and get a better pic. I have slim fingers usually so this fairly large, moveable lump which is sore is unusual. There’s a blue tinge to it. Any idea?

How long has it been there? Is it soft? Hard? Have you injured yourself?

I noticed it today, can’t have been there that long as it’s noticeably tender. I don’t recall hurting myself.

It could be Achenbach Syndrome, I get it but mine isn't as swollen as that, I would google that and see if any pictures or descriptions are similar to yours. It's a thing that is harmless and mainly women get, it seems
