Punch biopsy hurts so much!

I had 3 punch biopsy’s yesterday on my leg. They were so painful once the local anaesthetic wore off. Last night I stupidly knelt down and oh the pain! I worried the stitches opened up after that moment as it’s not allowed to stretch.
Now this morning it hurts if I put any weight on it or stand.

Does it sound like the stitches have opened? I’m not supposed to removed the plasters off until tomorrow so I’ve kept well alone.

Will it get better in time? Can it wait for gp on Monday or should I get it looked at now? Or is this normal and I’m being sensitive!

I’ve had one on my forehead and arm before and they were a breeze so I’m surprised at how much it’s hurting. The dr did say legs and arms are easy to stretch. Anyone had this before?

Was it a teeny punch? I had two on my lower leg recently and they nipped like fuck but not to the point of needing pain relief. I was also a bit annoyed that the ensuing scabs kept falling off and crusting over again during my treatment regime (applying cream for 6 weeks). Two basal cell carcinomas. The punch biopsy nipped even through the anaesthetic.

Sorry that wasn't helpful. Please don't take the plaster off if doc said not to. I kept mine on until my next appt because pulling it pulled the scab! Is it one stitch per punch? That's what I had.
