Weird pain - septum

A bit of a long shot but just wondered if anyone has any ideas. For the last couple of weeks I've had pain on the right side of my septum. I think it's also swollen and I've had a tiny bit of blood when blowing my nose on occasion. Also spat out a tiny bit of blood this morning. No idea where this has come from - no piercings, no knock to the nose, no heavy cold etc. It's really uncomfortable and feels dry and tight. I can't see anything unusual though.

I'm a bit stumped and wondering whether to bother the doctor with it. Any ideas?!

im having the same issue, im guessing it could be due to the centeral heating and cold weather....i also read some where that if you have a senstivity to gluten it can cause the same symptoms...im going to try a nasal saline rinse to see if that helps

Yes that might be it. I only have it on one side though which is odd!

I’ve had this for a while now. Went to the docs and was advised to put a bit of sudocrem on it. I was in a vicious circle where it was runny so got sore.

Sudocrem is a miracle worker! Will give it a go.
