i used to have one of those plstic things but stopped using it because it made me reach didnt realise my clicky jaw could be connected

LynetteScavo · 07/08/2008 16:15

zipi, I had this. Emma is quite right. The dentist gave me a mouth guard thinggy, not very atractive, but it did the job. I'm fine now.

LynetteScavo · 07/08/2008 16:15

Oh, adn you only have to wear it at night!

jimjamshaslefttheyurt · 07/08/2008 16:19

Oh I have had this for years. Occasionally it gets worse and feels unaligned the entire time rather than when I just open wide. I will ask the dentist about bracey things next time I go.
