Ultrasound scan

Just wondered if there's someone who can interpret my scan results.
It was a private scan from 2022.
I have a scan on Saturday (GP referral). I passed my results onto the GP at the time with no follow up. I'm now 45 and after reading in the perimenopause groups on fb I'm wondering if I should've had a follow up sooner??

Reason for scan is that I struggle with period and ovulation pain (I do have health anxiety, which is normally well managed - but it always ramps up at xmas).

All sounds pretty much within normal perimiters .although im no expert.

It basically says everything is within normal parameters. The follicle indicated ovulation.

If you are having issues with periods and ovulation pain do keep going back, it is tedious but woman's issues are rarely taken seriously unless you keep going back.

A bulky Uterus can be associated with Adenomyosis which is very common in women who have had children. It is nothing to worry about but can cause very painful periods.
