I have had done blood tests done recently and just seen the results on the NHS app. This is the one that looks outside normal range - assume it means I will have to have a supplement? Has anyone had similar?

Mine were around 7 a year ago and the GP said buy ferrous fumerate 210mg from the pharmacy because it’s half the prescription cost and take 2 a day. I take them last thing at night and within 2 weeks felt measurably less tired. A year later my levels are around 100 and I’m still taking the supplements because I think I want my levels around the 150 mark as a post menopausal woman. No drama, really straightforward and has made a big difference to me.

Thanks very much! Think I’m going to get an OTC supplement today to get started.
