Diarrhoea for 3 weeks

Had diarrhoea for 3 weeks now. Mainly comes soon after I’ve eaten. Also experiencing stomach cramps which come and go. I’ve been to the GP last week and they did a stool test which showed no infection etc. I went back yesterday as still having this issue so they’ve asked for more stool tests to rule out other things. Wondering if anyone’s had similar experience and what did it turn out to be ?

I had this, and nausea. It got to a point where I could barely eat. A coeliac blood test came back negative, nevertheless I cut out gluten and bingo, within 2 days I started feeling better. Within a couple of weeks my bowel movements improved. Had an appointment with a gastro who agreed that continuing with gluten free was the way forward and fast forward to now I am back to enjoying my food without feeling like I need to rush to the loo.

This was just my experience. I hope you get to the bottom of it (pun not intended!), and feel better soon OP, it is miserable to suffer like this.
