Cut and bruise on heel from being run over buy a heavy trolley on Wednesday.

Was steri striped at work and covered when I wear shoes as it rubs otherwise.

I’ve put some fucidic acid on it that I had.

It’s not that bad but I out a cover on it case of squeamishness

Looks fine. Put a blister plaster on it and leave it alone.

I’d say fine. If you’re worried you could draw around it in pen and see if the ring of redness has increased. I’d whack an ointment like germolene on it but leave it to air. Good luck.

It’s infected. You need to spray with wound spray and then put a blister plaster on it and try and wear shoes that won’t rub against it. Like a pair of clogs or crocs.

Don’t let it air- it’s too deep for that and airing actually slows the healing process.
A blister plaster is the best. They are also water proof so you can shower while wearing it and then change the plaster after you shower.

It is healing normally. Itching is because of the healing process. No signs of infection at the moment.
