What is this pain?

I have got a dull ache in my lower tummy and back. It feels tender like someone has punched me. It feels like I have a ring of pain around me. No other symptoms other than this dull constant ache which isn't getting better. It makes me wince. I had a c-section 4 weeks ago but it doesn't feel like it is my scar that hurts. Just a deep pain within me. It has been there about 4 days now. I think I might go to the GP on Monday if it hasn't gone.

Any issues with your waterworks or bowels at all?
Might be worth a call to 111 for advice given your recent surgery rather than waiting for GP on Monday.

You need to get that checked asap. You’ve had major surgery 4 weeks ago. Call up for maternity unit.

Waterworks and bowels are fine. Just this dull ache pain. Ah really a 111 job. It isnt agony but it is constant. Perhaps I better give them a ring tomorrow then. Thank you for replying.

Given had c section 4 weeks prior I would guess pain is from internal scarring. As your body heals will attach to other tissue, Inc bowel. Unfortunately cd be lifelong pain an Investigation s cd make scarring and pain worse.
