Do I take with or without food…it just said take immediately on packaging …internet has conflicting information.
Do I go to bed in current sheets then strip beds etc tomorrow OR do I take tablets in morning and do all the decontamination tomorrow too and go to bed in clean sheets?
So confused, the Facebook group just comes back with how it doesn’t work , I just want practical advice and hope.
