I had what I thought was an ear wax buildup in my right ear due to bad muffled hearing, but after visiting an ear specialist for microsuction on Friday, I had very little wax but had a lot fluid buildup behind the drum, but not infection. I was told not a lot could be done but to try a manoeuvre a few times a day to try and open up the eustachian tube to drain the fluid. I've been doing that and my hearing was a bit better yesterday and a lot better today. I've had a look inside my ears using a camera made for doing so and I'm just wondering if the anatomy of my right ear is normal or not (I wondered about perforation)? If any one can help that would be appreciated. Pictures attached.
