Ear Issues

I had what I thought was an ear wax buildup in my right ear due to bad muffled hearing, but after visiting an ear specialist for microsuction on Friday, I had very little wax but had a lot fluid buildup behind the drum, but not infection. I was told not a lot could be done but to try a manoeuvre a few times a day to try and open up the eustachian tube to drain the fluid. I've been doing that and my hearing was a bit better yesterday and a lot better today. I've had a look inside my ears using a camera made for doing so and I'm just wondering if the anatomy of my right ear is normal or not (I wondered about perforation)? If any one can help that would be appreciated. Pictures attached.

I have endless issues with my ears 😩. GP commented that one of my ear canals is narrower and more twisty so it’s hard to get a clear view of my eardrum, so maybe just this? I think it’s entirely normal to be non-symmetrical! I’m sure the doctor would have said if you had a perforation.
