Osteoma

Hi all,
I have an osteoma on the back of my skull which I had for years. It's a benign tumour, basically all bone and not sinister.
It feels uncomfortable and I'm worried about it. The GP is going to refer me for an mri to see if its affecting the soft tissue and causing the sensations which is good.
I just wondered if anyone else has experience of these please?

I have one in my iliac bone, it was found following an MRI to investigate pain. It is growing reasonably fast but I was told they won't do anything. I was referred to pain management a year ago but am still on the waiting list to be seen. I have been offered physio but for the life of me cannot work out how physio would help a fast growing benign tumour so I refused it

Does yours cause any symptoms?

Just constant pain, it wakes me at night. It has been 4 years now.

I'm sorry to hear that. Mine has starting hurting on my head, so worried about it.

How do you manage it?
