Anyone having this dizziness loss of hearing one ear horrendous tinitis

Basically has anyone had or having this been going to drs for 14 long months audiology Gp, microsuction as had wax in ears , started after Pilates first time room spinning , went away back 6 months later but I was walking spaced out veering to right, ears full audiology said nothing wrong with ears but left ear hearing has gone down, given Bethastine nausea got ENT app did a manovre where lay down they shake head and twist it facing left then right couldn’t believe it no dizziness , I asked ent if it was crystals moved noooo nothing wrong with crystals I asked if the fact I have never been able to pop my ears cou,d that be connected was told abruptly you must suffer from anxiety why you worrying g about that ( I wasn’t worried it was question ) then he examined my left ear I could have shot through roof he said when I went owww it’s your jawbone I e touched since the. Horrendous tinitis left ear waiting for mri scan

Have they checked for Ménière’s disease? I’m awaiting a consultation, but GP thinks it might be that.

I have similar symptoms - vertigo, tinnitus or other sounds in one ear. Hearing loss of around 30% on that side.

The betahiatine is keeping the vertigo at bay at least.
