Flu jab please help

Please be kind!
I am very worried about this super flu. I have autism and very bad anxiety and no family to help if I caught it.
i haven’t had the flu jab yet as lots of friends had it and ended up very poorly (some in hospital) and they are convinced that it was from the flu jab as they all had very similar symptoms, very high temp, chest infections etc.
Now I don’t believe this but due the way my thinking works, my brain is arguing with itself.
I know I need to have it as I am so worried about catching the flu.
can anyone help me and give me proper advice please?
thank you

For £20, just have it.

I had it to protect my elderly parents. They had sore arms after theirs.

I had a sore arm within hours of the jab but it had gone completely by the next morning. DH said he felt a bit "off" the day after his but given he is wont to complain of manflu at the slightest snivel it didn't really affect him!

I’ve also had the flu jab, just to reassure you, it was three weeks ago and all ok so far! My arm was slightly sore but that’s all! Have you ever had the flu jab before? That might reassure you if you didn’t feel poorly after having it previously!
