My dd has had her pre-school booster this morning and her arm is really sore

My dd (aged 4) went for her tetanus/dip/whooping cough/polio vaccination this morning. So proud of her as she didn't flinch/moan or cry. However, here we are about 5 hours later and she's complaining that her arm is really hurting and she's very tired and quiet and lying on the sofa. I've given her Calpol but isn't this a bit quick to be having a reaction (if it is one?).. I'm worried I suppose because when she had the first MMR jab she ended up in A&E and we were kept in for 6 hours as she was so ill and they wanted to monitor her.
Anyone else got experience of any reaction so quick with the tetanus/dip jab?
Thanks
