Could be - DH had something similar last week, and so did one of the parents at DD's school. Haven't heard of lots of people getting it though. Hope you feel better soon.

Norovirus is making a bit of a reappearance at the moment. Hopefully it's not that though. Hope you feel better soon.

Theres def something. Was working with a kid last wednesday who said he felt sick and was really floppy. Got him sent to medical room. Friday night woke up in huge sweats, headache, crampy tummy feeling sick but didn't connect the two - doh! saturday felt a bit off and not hungry. Sunday back to normal though appetite still a bit down.

There is a funny tummy bug going around. I had it a few weeks back, awful stomach cramps and tummy pains, similar as were coming on every few mis or so. Also was being sick and had the runs (TMI!!!!!).

My DD then caught it and had the same for a week. Had to take her to the docs as she was very clingy, floppy and dehydrated. Since then my mum, DP and sister have had it all with the stomach cramps pain and sickness.
It kept us all off our food for a few days. The important thing is to keep rehydrated, my doc suggested a dyhydration powder called Dioralyte that can be bought from chemists or supermarkets. Also he gave me the recipe for a homemade rehydration drink that should be sipped slowly : 1 level teaspoon salt, 8 level teaspoon sugar dissolved in 1 litre of water. Hope this helps !

I've had a weird stomach pain for 3 days now, and was starting to wonder what it was. It comes and goes and it's a cramping pain right in the stomach. It's worse when I'm hungry, actually.

It's exactly what I imagine when a child says they have a 'tummy ache'.

My DS is poorly in bed as we speak . He had 'tummy twinges' yesterday and a high temp, and he's been sick a few times this evening.
