Hello! A bit of a random one and just looking to see if anyone else is the same. For the last 2 months, i have been experiencing flu like symptoms very randomly every few days or so! For example ill wake up shivering, skin hurts to touch, head absolutely pounding, just absolutely freezing in my bones, feel like rubbish all day/night - wake up and feel better? then the same happens again 2/3 days later? like i say this has been going on for about 8 weeks! i’m sick of it! GP just says ‘lots going round’ which i know there is, but my throat/chest is clear. Just finding it so bizarre
