Can’t move foot

Apologies I don’t know where to post this.
I fractured tib and fib about 5 years ago, had external fix and then plates and screws. Was in hospital for a month: I then had a hospital acquired infection between my bone and the plate. Was in hospital for 2 weeks and then had 6 months of Iv antibiotics.

I still can’t move my foot and can’t walk straight.

any advice??

Did you have any physiotherapy or rehab?

In most areas you can self refer for additional physio after the initial sessions have ended. It is worth doing a self referral or asking the GP to refer again. I speak from experience as I have a dodgy femur and not getting enough help with it has left me with a numb foot and even dodgier hip and back. They may also be able to prescribe specialist insoles or orthotics for you to help with your foot- my foot is fixed in the wrong place and Salford insoles help a bit.
