is this chicken pox

my son 23mths has been around 3 kids that have had chicken pox and yesterday i found one spot at the top of his bum .it looks like it but why only one im confused.

If it is chicken pox then by now you would see alot more spots as they can appear quite rapidly.

Any temperature ?

Also when was he with the other children , incubation is anytime between 10 to 21 days .

he has three spots now and lots of little pin prick ones too ,my older kids have had it 3 yrs ago so do think i know what it is ,just expected more
